Estimates and pricing
Price ranges published on this site are general guidance based on the work we commonly perform in this market. They are not offers and they are not binding. Every job is priced after an on-site walk, and the written estimate we hand you is the controlling number.
A written estimate is valid for the scope described on it. Discovering hidden decay, buried utilities, restricted access or additional trees can change the scope, and any change is discussed and agreed before the crew proceeds.
Scheduling, weather and emergencies
Scheduled work is planned around safe working conditions. Lightning, high wind, saturated ground and active severe weather delay jobs, and widespread storm events shift crews to hazard calls first. We will keep you informed when a date moves.
Emergency response is dispatched by hazard priority: trees on occupied structures and blocked roadways are worked ahead of routine calls.
Utility lines
We do not work energized conductors. Any tree in contact with a power line is reported to the utility, and we stage until the line is de-energized or cleared. Nothing on this site should be read as an offer to perform utility line clearance on an energized conductor.
Information is not an arborist report
Articles, FAQs and service pages on this site are general education about tree condition, storm damage and insurance. They are not a site-specific tree risk assessment, an engineering opinion or legal or insurance advice. Do not act on them in place of having your tree looked at.
Do not attempt removal or cutting of a loaded, damaged or elevated tree yourself. Nothing here is instruction to do so.
Photos, marks and content
Project photography, copy and design on this site belong to us and may not be republished or used in another company's marketing. Equipment manufacturer names appear only to identify the machines we actually operate.
Financing and insurance claims
Financing is offered through third-party lenders and is subject to their approval and terms, including any $0 down option. We assist with documentation for insurance claims and cannot guarantee any carrier's coverage decision.
